Doggy Daycare FAQs
Doggy Daycare combines a mix of activities in our lovely nature-based dog boarding facility:
- 🎾 Morning playtime in secure exercise yards or the playground
- 🐕 Rest and downtime during the middle of the day
- 🥏 Afternoon play sessions for enrichment and socialisation
Rest assured your dog will have a full day of fun and socialisation at Doggy Daycare in Lake Innes!
We operate our Doggy Daycare 7 days a week every day except Christmas! Drop off and pick up is during opening hours.
Dog daycare provides exercise, enrichment, and socialisation, helping prevent boredom, anxiety, and destructive behaviours when your dog is left at home alone.
Yes, you can add on a farm walk around our property’s dam for extra enrichment and exercise.
Yes, puppies who have completed their full vaccination schedule are welcome at our Lake Innes dog daycare. Puppy daycare helps with early socialisation and confidence building.
You can book casually for a single day of dog daycare, or purchase a discounted 10-day pass for regular visits.
Cattery FAQ's
Yes. All cats must have an up-to-date F3 vaccination, given at least 14 days before their stay in our Lake Innes cattery. Proof must be shown at check-in.
Yes, provided they have completed their full vaccination course and are at least 2 weeks past their 3rd vaccination (generally around 18 weeks old).
Your cat will be fed a premium Royal Canin kibble along with a suitable wet food. You are welcome to provide your own cat’s food if you prefer. If you choose to provide your own food, please pre-package it in daily amounts and label each packet small surcharge will be charged for distributing supplied meals.
We supply all essentials for cats in our Lake Innes cattery, but you may bring labelled items if you wish. Please note we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged. Cats must arrive in individual carriers.
In the unlikely event that your cat requires veterinary treatment while boarding with us, we will first attempt to contact you or your nominated emergency contact on the phone numbers provided. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will also try the email address on file. If we are still unable to make contact, our team will act in the best interests of your cat and make decisions based on their welfare.
If veterinary care is required, your cat will be taken to a local veterinary clinic. Transport and handling fees apply:
- • Standard hours: $40 transport, $25 per hour labour, $15 van sterilisation
- • After hours or public holidays: $40 transport, $50 per hour labour, $15 van sterilisation
If you request that your cat be taken to your own treating vet, additional charges will apply depending on distance and time.
Please note that all veterinary fees are the responsibility of the owner and must be paid directly upon receipt of the invoice.
Dog Boarding FAQs
Yes. All dogs must have a current C5 vaccination, administered at least 14 days prior to their stay. This is required for all dog boarding in Lake Innes and at our dog hotel. Proof must be presented at check-in.
Yes, but only once puppies have completed their full vaccination course and are at least 2 weeks past their 3rd vaccination (around 18 weeks old).
If your female dog comes into season while staying at our dog boarding lodge near Port Macquarie, she will either need to move to private accommodation (fees apply, subject to availability) or be collected immediately. No refunds apply.
We provide premium pet food, comfortable bedding, and safe toys for all guests. You’re welcome to bring small labelled items for your dog boarding stay, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings. Food must be pre-portioned into daily serves. Storage and corkage fees apply.
