HOW MUCH DOES BOARDING COST?

Dogs: Dogs are charged at $30 for one dog or $51 for two dogs from the same family, staying in the same run.
Cats: there are two options for boarding your cat:

  • Our Pavilion Cattery is charged at $22 per day for one cat, or $41 per day for two cats from the same family, staying in the same run.
  • The air-conditioned Hilton Cattery is charged at $26 per day for one cat, or $45 per day for two cats from the same family, staying in the same run.

Extra cats from the same family boarding in one run are charged at a lesser rate.
We are happy to quote discounted rates for longer stays or for multiple pets in a single run.
Please note you will be charged for the calendar day if you drop your pet off in the morning.”
We charge a fee for out of hour's drop-off or pickup. An additional 30% is charged at Easter, Christmas and all Public Holidays periods.

Additional services available include:

  • Pickup and delivery services
  • Farm walks for dogs
  • Dog washing including brush out, warm hydrobath shampoo, conditioner, flea treatment

You can make payments by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.

For your convenience we open every day of the year (except Christmas Day) from 8am to 5pm

HOW DO I BOOK MY PETS ACCOMMODATION?

CAN I INSPECT YOUR FACILITY?

We welcome you to inspect our facility and are happy to answer your questions on the services we can offer.

We are usually quite busy at the beginning and end of days so would prefer your inspections to be between from 10am to 3pm.

WHEN CAN I BRING MY PET?

Pets can be checked in any time during business hours. It is best to bring your pet in before 4pm to give them a chance
to settle in and become accustomed to new surrounds before night fall. In an emergency, it is possible to arrive out of hours
if you have pre-arranged a pick up or drop off time with management prior to your arrival. This ensures a staff member will
be present to welcome you. This service will incur an out of hour's fee.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY PET?

We provide most of the things your pet will need for a comfortable stay including a bed, bowls for food and water, and a balanced,
nutritious diet. Any other items you wish to bring for your pets comfort are welcome, but we would ask that all items are clearly
marked with the pet's name. We will need to sight a current vaccination certificate. This certificate must have a minimum 14 day vet clearance.
Dogs must be vaccinated to a minimum C5 level that includes a Canine Cough vaccination in the past twelve months.
For cats we require a minimum F3 vaccination. Please bring any special foods or medications your pet requires.
Please ensure medications and foods are clearly marked. All food should be portioned.

A small surcharge for medication and owner supplied food may apply.
All dogs must have a collar or harness ideally with some identification.

CAN I BRING MY PET'S FAVOURITE TOYS AND BEDDING?

We provide plenty of bedding and toys however you are welcome to bring a favourite toy, treats or bedding if you wish.
Please have any personal items clearly labeled. We do not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged belongings.

WHAT MEALS DO YOU SERVE?

We use only high quality foods for dogs and cats.
Dogs - We provide a high - quality nutritious diet to the dogs including Supercoat dry kibble. We serve this with a fresh-cooked
chicken mince, rice and vegetables. We also offer the dogs an occasional treat biscuit.
Cats - We provide a wide variety of nutritious wet foods including fresh meat, Snappy Tom fish varieties, all the canned varieties of Whiskas
and dry foods including Whiskas Whiskettes, Furball control biscuits and Supercoat cat biscuits.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET IS UNWELL?

Firstly, one of our highly experienced staff will determine if your pet needs vet assistance or if we can monitor and resolve the issue ourselves.
If vet assistance is needed, we will contact your nominated vet, or an on-call vet. Any expenses incurred for vet care or transportation will
be charged to your account. Please ensure that we have recorded your up-to-date emergency contact numbers.

DO WE BOARD AGGRESSIVE DOGS?

We reserve the right to refuse to take dogs with a history of aggression.

CANCELLATIONS

We require at least seven (7) days notice of any changes or cancellation for bookings at Easter and school holiday periods.

We require at least four (4) weeks notice of any changes to bookings for the Christmas period.

Cancellation fees will be charged for any changes within those timeframes.
